When you click on a plan from the list, a description of the plan will appear under the option. Read the description to ensure that the plan is suitable for your needs and select the start date for the plan to be activated the day you arrive in Israel, you will receive an email with the barcode to scan on the activation date.

The esim will be activated and ready for use when you land in Israel, just scan the barcode and follow the instructions ♦ the eSIM includes a Local Israeli Phone Number (055 Prefix) ♦ Good Coverage nationwide.

if you need to cancel the eSIM you must notify us before the eSIM is activated, if you cancel after the eSIM was activated you will only get a refund for the plan, the cost for the eSIM is not refundable
